摘要
以第七届黑龙江省大学生结构设计竞赛为背景,进行龙门式起重机结构模型的设计与制作。采用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对模型进行计算机仿真分析,并根据计算结果对结构进行优化。实践表明,将有限元软件引入结构设计竞赛,有利于提高结构设计分析的水平,对今后的结构设计竞赛有一定的参考价值。
Based on the seventh university student structural design competition in Heilongjiang Province,the design and production of a structure model of the gantry crane is carried out. By using the large general finite element software ANSYS, the computer simulation analysis is calculated in this paper. The result shows that the finite element software introduced into structure design competition will improve the level of structure design and analysis, which has a certain reference value in the future.
