摘要
光电探测器是光电探测系统的核心器件,其特性参数在光电系统的设计中至关重要。该文针对当前许多高校开设了与光电器件相关的实验课程,但教学中的光电探测器特性参数测量装置的精度不高、使用不便等问题,设计完成了一种基于嵌入式系统、可精密控制的综合实验装置,并详细介绍了软、硬件的设计。经实验测试,该装置运行稳定,可测试不同光电探测器的常用特性参数,而且更好地满足了实验者对精确性和实验教学便捷性的要求。
The photoelectric detector is the essential device of the photoelectric detecting system. In this paper, many colleges and universities have set up experimental courses related to optoelectronic devices, but there are some problems existing in the cour- ses, such as the photoelectric detector characteristics of the measurement device is not high accuracy, inconvenience and so on. This paper designs a comprehensive experimental device based on embedded system and precision control, and introduces the design of software and hardware in detail. Experiments show that the device is stable, it can test the common characteristics of different photodetector parameters, and better meet the experimenter of the accuracy and experimental teaching convenience requirements.
