摘要
目前,异步电机在变负载运行情况下,电机运行效率过低,损耗严重,研究其动态节能方法和技术具有重要的现实意义。为了实现异步电机在空载或轻载运行时,通过降低电机工作电压达到节能运行的目的,从异步电机的简化模型入手,探究了异步电机进行节能运行时的电压调节空间,确定了考虑杂散损耗的最优电压控制方式,再引入参数自整定PID控制算法,研制了一款基于单片机的新型节能控制器。实验研究结果表明,该节能控制器在电机空载和轻载运行时具有明显的节能效果,可在实际中推广和应用。
At present, variable load is the main state of induction motor, resulting in the low efficiency and great power loss. So studying the methods and technique of its dynamic economization has a significant meaning. This paper explored the possibilities of voltage regulation for energy saving of induction motor according to the running features of the motor under actual variable conditions. And it determined the optimal method on voltage control considering stray loss and introduced the parameter self tuning PID algorithm. Then developed a new-style economization controller based on MUC, the result of the experimentation indicated that the effect of economization of this controller is evident, and can be extended to application in practice.
