相位可调的单相正弦逆变电路的设计

摘要 逆变电路在各领域有着广泛应用,介绍了常用的逆变原理,以及存在的硬件方案复杂、成本较高、精确度差等不足之处,新的设计方案的目标是设计一款专用芯片来代替复杂的硬件电路,优点是可以节约成本,使其应用更为方便,设计方案既有逆变电路的通用性,又有相位可调节的专用性。介绍了这种设计方案的基本原理和相关电路,详细说明了SPWM波形的产生原理,设计的重点是SPWM波形的实现手段和原理,这种设计有速度快、精度高、实时性高等特点。同时对滤波电路和保护电路等相关模块电路的设计进行了介绍,由于目前市场上没有一颗专用芯片来实现上述功能,这种产品具有比较好的经济效益。 Inverter circuit is used widely in many fields. The principles of the common inverter circut and the disadvantages of complexity,high cost and low precision are introduced.The goal of new design is to design a kind of special circuit to replace the complicated circuit,and its advantage is to save cost and work convenintly. The design has universality of inverter circuit as well as specificity of adjstable phase. The principle and relevant circuit of this design is introduced, and principle of waveform generating is specified in detail.The design focuses on implementation approach and priciple of SPWM wave,which has the advantage of high speed, high precision and the real-time. The relevant module circuits such as filter circuit and protect circuit are also introduced,and as it lacks a special chip in present market to realize functions above,they have better economic benefits.
