摘要
针对小微企业在创建安全标准化过程中普遍经验不足的问题，通过全面梳理《评定标准》条款，合并归类功能类似条款要求．提出一套小微企业快速便捷建立安全生产标准化体系的科学高效方法。本文将标准化创建工作方法归纳总结为四个要点，分别是设立管理组织机构或配备专兼职管理人员。健全各项安全管理制度．规范管理厂房设备设施，规范作业行为管理。企业可以从4个方面分别铺开实施，多部门分工协作开展，较好地解决了标准化创建过程中的技术和管理难题，从而实现科学高效建立企业安全标准化管理体系。
According to the Small and micro businesses generally in the creation of safety standardization in the process of lack of experience, combing through a comprehensive ＂standard＂ provisions, combined with the classification function similar terms, put forward a set of scientific and efficient method of Small and micro businesses quickly establish safety production standardization system. This paper will summarize the standardization work to create a method for four points, respectively, set up management organization or with part-time management personnel, improve the safety management system, standardize the management of plant equipment and facilities, standardize operations management. Enterprises from 4 aspects respectively spread implementation, multi sectoral division of labor development, solves the problem of technology and management standardization in the process of creating, so as to realize the scientific and efficient establishment of enterprise safety standardization management system.
