摘要
建设中国特色新型高校智库在新时期党和国家领导人的积极倡导与关注下应运而生,尤其是十八大以来国家对中国特色新型智库的建设给予了前所未有的重视。对建设中国特色新型高校智库的政策进行梳理,发现政策存在可操作性不强、宣传力度不大、执行力较弱的问题。因此,要真正建设好一批中国特色新型高校智库必须提升政策制定的可操作性、加强政策宣传力度和提高政策执行力。
Since the 18 th National People＇s Congress especially,unprecedented importance has been attached to the construction of new college think-tank with Chinese characteristics.Researches show that the relevant policies lack operability,that the publicity in this regard is insufficient and that the execution of the policies demands strengthening.Improvement in these three aspects must be achieved in order to well construct new college think-tanks.
