摘要
蛋白质饲料价格高,常被掺入非蛋白氮以次充好。尿素和脲醛聚合物是常见的掺伪物质。本研究旨在开发一种尿素和脲醛聚合物的简易鉴别方法。利用自动凯式定氮仪,将未经消化的样品直接蒸馏,当蒸馏时间从6 min延长至10 min时,掺有尿素和脲醛聚合物的饲料中氮含量明显升高,表明此法可有效检出尿素和脲醛聚合物。但此法不适用于含尿素酶的豆粕等饲料。
The protein feed stuffs are expensive and was oftenly adulterated with Non-protein Nitrogen. Urea and urea formaldehyde polymers are usually used adulteration component.The aim of this study was to supply an easy method to distinguish the urea and urea formaldehyde polymers in protein feed stuffs. Automatic Kjeldahl Apparatus was used to distill samples without digestion, it was found if the samples contain urea or urea formaldehyde polymers, then the nitrogen increased obviously when prolonging the distillation period from 6 mins to 10 mins. This result suggested that current method could be used to identificate urea and urea formaldehyde polymers in feed stuffs. However, this method could not be used in soybean meals which contain urea enzymes.
