摘要
在小板实验的基础上,对钽/锆/钛/钢四层复合板进行了研制,确定了爆炸焊接工艺参数并结合力学性能及结合界面质量进行综合评估。结果表明:试制的大面积钽/锆/钛/钢四层复合板完全符合预期设计要求,为后续大规模生产提供了指导。
In this paper,technological parameters of Ta-Zr-Ti-steel clad plate were researched and designed in the explosive cladding production process. Based on the experiment of the test sample,Ta-ZrTi-steel clad plate with large area had been researched and developed,and we also evaluated the quality of clad plate. The result shows that it meets the requirements to property of clad plates.
