摘要 利益驱动下的地方政府干预招生,形成生源垄断,导致一些学校生源过剩"吃不了",一些学校生源不足"不够吃";职业学校之间专业设置重复,缺乏与市场需求对接,造成一些专业教学设备与师资相对不足与富余,导致教育资源分散与浪费。围绕"布局合理、规模适度、结构优化、错位发展、特色鲜明"原则,通过撤销、合并、划转、转型、共建形式,从资源整合、分工协作,平台共建共享,人事管理创新等方面,构建资源整合、分工协作下大职教系统。 The local government which was driven by the interests, the local governments intervened to recruit stu- dents, so as some schools are causing oversupply "can't eat", and some schools are " not eat enough"; Professional schools have been repeatedly set up, and lack of connection with market demand has resulted in the lack of some professional teaching equipment and teachers, resulting in the spread and waste of education resources.Around the layout is reason- able, moderate scale, structure optimization, dislocation development, distinctive "principle, by dissolution, merger, transfer, transformation and construction of form, from the resource integration, collaboration, platform sharing, innovation of the personnel management, to build resource integration and collaboration of the college vocational education system.
