摘要
本文主要针对目前机电安装企业之间不断增加的竞争力,导致许多企业面临严峻的经济困境的原因进行了分析探讨,提出了企业必须要采取有效手段,加强自身的成本管理能力等解决对策。
This paper mainly aimed at the continuously increasing competitiveness among electromechanical in- stallation enterprises, analyzed and discussed the causes of many enterprises facing serious economic difficulties, put forward the countermeasure that the enterprise must take effective measures to strengthen their cost management ability.
