摘要
目的探讨青少年(2~16岁)鼻窦低剂量多层螺旋CT扫描的临床应用及适宜扫描参数。方法 120例行鼻窦多层螺旋CT检查的青少年(2~16岁)随机分为3组:常规剂量组的扫描条件为(120 k V、80 m A),低剂量A、B组的扫描条件分别为(120 k V、50 m A)、(120 k V、30 m A),扫描结束后比较3组的辐射剂量(CTDI);对3组的CT图像质量进行分析对比。结果低剂量A组的辐射剂量较常规剂量组的辐射剂量下降了48.1%,低剂量B组的辐射剂量较常规剂量组的辐射剂量下降了63.2%;低剂量A组与常规剂量组的CT图像质量基本一致,而低剂量B组的CT图像质量有所下降。结论青少年鼻窦CT检查时进行低剂量扫描,可以有效地降低辐射剂量,适宜的扫描参数可使辐射剂量下降与图像质量结合最优化。
Objective To explore the clinical application and appropriate scanning parameters of low dose multislice spiral CT scan in young and middle aged patients(2-16 years old). Methods One hundred and twenty cases of adolescents(2-16 years old) were divided into three groups randomly. The scanning conditions were 120 k V and 80 k V,these of low dose A,B were seprately 120 k V,50 m A,120 k V,30 m A. CTDI(radiation dose)of three groups were compared after scanning. CT image quality of three groups was analyzed and compared. Results The radiation dose of low dose group A decreased by 48.1% compared with that of conventional dose group,the dose of low dose group B decreased by 63.2% compared with that of conventional dose group. The CT image quality of low dose group A and conventional dose group was basically the same,the CT image quality of low dose B group decreased. Conclusion Adolescent sinus CT scan for low dose scanning,can effectively reduce the radiation dose,the appropriate scanning parameters can reduce the radiation dose and image quality combined with the optimization.
