摘要
目的:观察电针配合当归注射液穴位注射治疗椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的临床效果。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例,两组均给予电针治疗,治疗组加用当归注射液穴位注射。结果:总有效率治疗组90.0%、对照组77.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合当归注射液治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有显著效果。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture combined with point injection of Angelica Injection in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Method： 80 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the treatment group. Both groups were treated with electro-acupuncture and the treatment group were treated with point injection of Angelica Injection in addition. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, significantly higher than that of the control group 77.5% （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Electro-acupuncture combined with point injection of Angelica Injection has significant effect on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
