摘要
对比分析了国内外不同玻璃粉润滑挤压对TC4钛合金挤压管材外表面质量的影响规律。阐明了润滑剂对挤压管材外表面质量的影响规律。采用国产玻璃粉裸锭涂覆挤压管材的表面质量明显比使用国外玻璃粉的差,其原因为国产玻璃粉的高温粘度比国外玻璃粉的高温粘度波动范围大,在热挤压时玻璃粉易发生脱落和不规则流动。
The influence rule of the different domestic and overseas＇glass lubricant on the external-surface quality of TC4 titani- um alloy extruded tube is compared and analyzed. The influence rule of glass lubricant on the external-surface quality of TCA titanium alloy extruded tube is clarified. The surface quality of the extruded tube coated with the domestic glass powder ingot is poor than the extruded tube coated with the overseas＇glass powder, the reason is that the high temperature viscosity fluctuation range of domestic glass powder is bigger than the overseas＇, the glass powder shall be fallen off and random flowed when hot extrusion happened.
