基于稀土离子色谱分离法的研究方法进展

摘要 稀土作为一种重要的不可再生资源,素有"工业维生素"的美称,在各行业的广泛应用正逐渐被人们高度重视。本文综述了2009年来用色谱法分离稀土离子的新进展。离子交换法已经广泛应用于稀土的分离;高效液相色谱法具备的高分离效率、好的重复性、操作自动化等优点,使其在稀土元素分离分析中占有重要地位;毛细管电泳法具有高效、样品及试剂用量少、操作模式灵活等优点,在稀土元素分离分析方面具有广阔的发展空间。 Rare earth ions, an important non- renewable resource, have attracted more and more attention in many fields of industry. This paper reviewed the new progress of chromatography separation technology for separating the rare earth ions since 2009. Among them, ion - exchange chromatography is widely used. High performance liquid chromatography is becoming a main method for separation and determination of the rare earth ions because of its good separation effect, good repeatability, and automatic operation, etc. Capillary electrophoresis, which has the advantages of high efficiency, less consumption of samples and reagents, and flexible operation, would provide a potential development area in separation and determi- nation of the rare earth ions.
