摘要
随着经济全球化的不断发展,我国城市化建设不断加快,原有的全过程工程造价管理模式已经很难满足当下社会发展的需要,并逐渐被处于时代发展前沿的全生命周期工程造价管理模式取代,成为人们关注的焦点。鉴于此,论文针对全过程与全生命周期工程造价管理模式的内容进行分析,进而对两种工程造价模式的优缺点进行比较,以促进我国工程造价管理模式的创新发展。
With the continuous development of economic globalization, China＇s urbanization is accelerating, and it the whole process of project cost management mode is difficult to meet the needs of the social development, and gradually being replaced by whole life cycle cost management mode which was in the forefront of the development of the times, it becomes the focus of attention. In view of this, paper analyzes the contents of whole process cost management and the whole life cycle cost management, and compares their disadvantages and advantages, in order to promote the innovation development of project cost management mode in China.
