摘要
通过综述近年有关诸多中药有效单体对肿瘤细胞诱导分化、凋亡的影响文献 ,认为中药对肿瘤细胞诱导分化、凋亡 ,为肿瘤的临床与实验研究提供了新的靶点及作用机制 ,但中药品种多、资源丰富、且中医药历史悠久 ,几千年来积累了大量宝贵经验 ,细胞诱导分化、凋亡对更加深入揭示中医药的作用机制、筛选新的抗癌药物具有十分重要的意义。
Through the review on the general situation of the mechanism of differentiation and apoptosis of tumor cells induced by effective monomers of chinese medicinal herbs,the author consider that the researches provide new directions and targets for the clinical and experimental study of oncology.Chinese medicinal herbs have a long history,a great variety and a lot of resources and experinece of using.The researches are important to clarify the action mechanism of chinese medicinal herbs and explore new anti tumor drugs.
