摘要
本文根据柳州市近些年暴雨洪涝灾害信息和气候观测资料,收集柳州市各县基础地理数据、遥感影像数据和社会经济统计数据,以柳州市暴雨洪涝灾害为研究对象,综合暴雨洪涝灾害的形成原因,确定暴雨洪涝灾害的评估因子,建立灾害风险评估模型,利用GIS平台对暴雨洪涝灾害进行风险评估,绘制柳州市暴雨洪涝灾害的风险区划图。结果表明:柳州市融安县是暴雨洪涝灾害发生的高风险区,而鹿寨县和三江县灾害发生的风险最低。
According to Liuzhou storm flood infor mation and climate observation data in recent years, by collecting Liuzhou counties basic geographic data and remote sensing image data and the social and economic statistical data,taking storm floods in Liuzhou city as the research object, and combining the reasons for the formation of integrated rainstorm floods, the evaluation factors of storm floods and the disaster risk assessment model are established in this paper, using the GIS platform of storm flood disaster risk assessment, and Liuzhou rain flood risk zoning map is drawn. The results show that Rong'an county in Liuzhou is the area of high risk of rainstorm flood disaster, and the risk of disaster in Luzhai county and Sanjiang county are the lowest.
