摘要
大数据渗透大学生的学习工作生活等各个方面,对高校辅导员素质提出更高的要求。高校通过更新教育理念、跟进学生的成长发展等工作,切实提升大数据时代高校思想政治教育的实效性。
Big data permeates all aspects of college students＇ campus life. It also puts forward higher requirements and challenges to college counselors. Colleges and universities shoukl renew educational ideas, follow up students＇ development, so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education ha the era of big data.
