基于需求分析的商务英语“云实训”教学实证研究

摘要 对商务英语专业的两个班采用"云实训"教学,探讨学生对该实训课程的学习需求、教学满意度评价、学习效果评估和后续教改意见。研究发现:学生希望在该课程中学习到与专业相关度高的、并且与就业紧密结合的高级的商务英语技能。通过1个学期的学习,学生的商务英语综合技能有所提高,对该课程教学的满意度较高。研究提出:通过建立实训课程体系、增加课时、添加企业指导人士的讲座模块以及提高教师的实践课程指导能力来满足学生的学习需求。 In this paper, the author makes a study on two classes of business English major which apply the cloud computing in practice teaching. The study focuses on the students' learning needs, satisfaction evaluation, learning effects evaluation and advices on educational reform afterwards. It finds that the students want to learn the advanced business English skills which are closely related to their major and career. After one term's study, not only do the students improve their comprehensive business English skills, they also show satisfaction on this teaching method. It suggests that the students' learning needs could be satisfied through the construction of practice teaching system and the extension of teaching hours. Besides, introducing lectures by industry experts and improving teachers' instructive skills also serve to meet students' learning needs.
