摘要
地面生产系统自开展精益化活动以来,在减少浪费、提高效率、增加效益等方面取得了一定成效,也证明精益管理是一个长期的、有效的手段与方式,现对精益化管理成果进行整理,为地面生产系统下步提升管理水平给予借鉴。
Since the launch of the lean activities in ground production system, the company achieves a certain results in reducing waste, improving efficiency and increasing benefit, which prove that lean management is a long-term and effective means. The article collects lean management achievements, which give reference for ground production system to enhance the management level.
