摘要
随着心脏外科手术日益多元化,微创手术凭借其创伤小,恢复快的优势,逐步成为心脏外科手术发展的主要方向,而做好微创心脏外科教学成为推动微创心脏外科发展的重中之重。经皮二尖瓣夹合术、经导管主动脉瓣置入等介入技术的日趋完善为外科教学提出了新的要求,同时近年来逐步确立的住院医师规范化培训制度为微创心脏外科教学也提出了新的契机和思路。在介绍微创心脏外科的特点的同时,结合工作实际与教学中的经验教训,对教学工作存在的问题进行分析总结,从而探讨出简洁高效可行的解决方案和教学方式,以期对微创心脏外科的教学产生积极的影响。
The minimally invasive cardiac surgery,which has smaller surgical trauma and shorter recovery time,has gradually become the leading direction in the field in the era of increasing diversity of cardiac surgery.Therefore the teaching will act as a very important role in promoting this field forward.With the consummation of new technology,such as transcatheter aortic valve implantation and percutaneous Mitralclip,new requirements have been made on the teaching of the minimally invasive cardiac surgery;and the system of standardization training of residents set up in recent years will offer a new opportunity and idea for this teaching.This review aims to make out a new solution and teaching manner according to the characteristics of the minimally invasive cardiac surgery,also combining the practical work with the teaching experiment,and analysing the present situation and problem.We expect it will have a marked impact on the teaching thought in the era of minimally invasive cardiac surgery.
