摘要 实景三维作为一门具有高真实感、高精度可量测、效率高、成本低的新兴技术,具有广泛的发展前景,本文提出以实景三维为切入点加强新型测绘能力建设,提高有效测绘及中高端供给,给出了具体建设方案和典型应用建议。 Real-scene 3D is an emerging technology which has high reality, high precision measurement, high efficiency, low cost and the prospects for development.This paper proposes Real-scene 3D is breakthrough point of new surveying and mapping capability construction, which can provide effective and medium and high-end supply, and finally give the concrete construction scheme and typical application suggestions.
