摘要
目的:探讨复方苦参注射液联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片对中重度癌痛患者的临床疗效。方法:将78例经NRS评分为中重度疼痛的肿瘤患者随机分为对照组(39例)和观察组(39例),对照组给予单纯口服盐酸羟考酮缓释片,观察组给予复方苦参注射液联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片,观察两组癌痛患者治疗前后NRS评分变化情况及不良反应的发生,评估疼痛缓解程度,从而评价复方苦参注射液在肿瘤癌痛患者治疗中的临床疗效及应用安全性。结果:实验结果显示,观察组有效率明显高于对照组,且观察组每人每日羟考酮用量及每人一周用量均少于对照组;两组患者治疗过程中均未出现明显心、肝、肾功能异常,两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异。结论:复方苦参注射液联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片对癌痛患者的临床疗效优于单纯口服盐酸羟考酮缓释片,且临床应用安全性较好。
Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of Compound Matrine Injection combined with oxycontin in the treatment of moderate-severe cancer pain. Methods： Seventy-eight cases of patients with moderate-severe cancer pain were randomly divided into control group（ 39cases） and observation group（ 39cases）. The control group was given oxycontin simply and the treatment group used oxycontin combined with Compound Matrine Injection. Observe the change of NRS score before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions and assess the degree of pain reliefto evaluate its clinical effect and safety. Results： The effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,moreover,the daily and weekly doses in observation group were lower. There was no obvious dysfunction of heart,liver and kidney,and the difference of adverse effects rate had no statistical significance. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of Compound Matrine Injection combined with oxycontin,which was safe in the treatment of moderate-severe cancer pain,is better than oxycontin simply.
