子宫内膜癌中SATB1的表达及临床意义 被引量:9

摘要 目的探究子宫内膜癌患者组织中特异AT序列结合蛋白1(specific AT sequence binding protein 1,SATB1)的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法选取2014年5月至2016年6月收治我院经病理科确诊的104例子宫内膜癌患者的新鲜子宫内膜癌组织及其对应2cm癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测组织中SATB1蛋白的表达,并分析其表达与患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 104例子宫内膜癌组织标本中,有71例SATB1呈阳性表达,表达率为68.27%,在其相对应癌旁组织中,有25例SATB1呈阳性表达,表达率为24.03%,子宫内膜癌组织中SATB1的表达显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。子宫内膜癌组织中SATB1的表达与患者的绝经情况和年龄无关(P>0.05);与患者子宫内膜癌的组织学分级,肿瘤的浸润深度,淋巴结转移和TNM分期均有关(P<0.05)。结论 SATB1蛋白在子宫内膜癌的发生,发展中起着重要作用,对子宫内膜癌潜在的治疗靶点及预后判断具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the expression of specific AT sequence binding protein 1 (SATB1) in tissue of patients with endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of SATB1 protein in endometrial carcinoma and adjacent tissues of 104 patients.The expression of SATB1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry SP to analyze the relationship between its expression and clinicopathological features.Results Of the 104 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 71 cases had positive expression of SATB1, and the expression rate was 68.27%.In adjacent tissues, 25 cases had positive expression of SATB1, and the expression rate was 24.03%.The expression of SATB1 in membrane cancer was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (P〈0.05).The expression of SATB1 in endometrial carcinoma was not associated with menopause and age (P〉0.05).The histological grade, depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging were correlated with the endometrial carcinoma (P〈0.05).Conclusion SATB1 plays an important role in the development and progression of endometrial carcinoma, which has great significance to the potential therapeutic target and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
