基于七孔探针测量原理的平面全风向风速传感器的研究

摘要 近年来,随着我国航空航天事业快速发展,流体流动方向和速度的高精度测量重要性日渐凸显。但当前的测量技术还远未成熟,均存在各种缺陷。本文运用七孔探针测量原理,研究和设计了一种新的风向风速测量传感器。硬件平台采用低功耗MSP430单片机,进行数据采集和控制,无线模块的作用范围在1000~1200m,信号强,可实现信号源与信号接收端分离,减小由于采集装置自身体积带来的流场误差,数据精度高。此外本传感器具有安装简便、实用性强、支持扩展、改装等优点。 In recent years, with the rapid development of China's aerospace industry, the importance of high precision measurement of fluid flow direction and speed is becoming more and more important. But the current measurement technology is far from mature, there are all kinds of defects. This paper applies the principle of seven hole probe measurement, research and design a new wind speed measuring sensor. Hardware platform adopts low power MSP430 microcontroller, data acquisition and control, the scope of the wireless module in the 1000-1200m, strong signal can realize signal source and receiver separation and decreased due to the flow error brought by the acquisition device volume, high accuracy of data. In addition, the sensor has the advantages of simple installation, strong practicability, support expansion, modification, etc.
