摘要
推进上海国际金融中心建设,更好地发挥其在提高金融服务实体经济效率、支撑经济转型升级方面的作用,一要进一步完善上海的金融服务体系,形成金融与实体经济的良性互动;二要积极主动参与国家的金融战略和规划的制定,推动加大国家在顶层设计方面的指导和协调,加快金融改革政策的落地实施;三要以上海自贸试验区为平台寻求税收、金融监管和司法方面的突破,为上海国际金融中心创造良好的外部环境。
To promote the construction of Shanghai international financial center, to better play its role in improving the economic efficiency of financial services entities and supporting economic transformation and upgrading, first, we should further improve Shanghai＇ s financial service system and form a positive interaction between finance and real economy. Second, we must actively participate in the country＇s financial strategy and plan, to promote the nation＇s guidance and coordination of the top-level design and speed up the implementation of the reform policy. Third, we should seek breakthroughs in taxation, financial supervision and justice with Shanghai pilot free trade zone as platform so as to create a favorable external environment for the Shanghai international financial center.
