摘要
王文兴的语言实验之极端在台湾现代主义小说中无人可出其右,他在小说《背海的人》中悍然破除理性语法常规的桎梏,以大量的非常态文字和纷繁芜杂的符码构筑起一个异质的语言乌托邦,其小说语言实验既是师法西方现代主义小说的结果,亦是他对人类精神困境的解读。《背海的人》是王文兴对20世纪70年代台湾“乡土”与“现代”之争的创作实绩回应,也体现了他对现代主义小说艺术出路的思考和对“艺术至上”立场的坚持。
Wang Wenxing is the most radical novelist at language experiment a- mong the contemporary writers . He breaked the rules of grammar in the novel the man back to the sea, built a heterogeneous language Utopia with abnormal language and diver- sity code. His language experiment is the result learning from the western modernism no- vel, and also his interpretation of the plight of the human spirit. The man back to the sea is a response of the debate of local and modern at Taiwan in 1970s. It also reflects Wang's consideration of the development direction of modernist novels and adhere to the "supremacy of art" position.
