摘要
食人即把人作为食物来食用,早在远古时期就已经有食人现象存在。自先秦以来关于食人的记载不绝于史书,但是数量相对较少。至五代时期食人现象大量出现,这是当时社会动乱的产物。战争和自然灾害导致缺粮、社会秩序败坏导致复仇以及恐吓行为激进化等,都是五代时期食人现象频发的重要原因。五代时期食人方法多样,对人肉的处理基本上借鉴了时人的饮食方式,且生食人肉的比例较高。

There are many ways to eat Human flesh in the five dynasties, but on the processing of human flesh basically from the time of the diet, and a higher ratio of edible wild human flesh.
