摘要
目的:分析探讨雷公藤制剂合六味地黄丸治疗激素依赖性类风湿性关节炎的效果。方法:将2014年1月-2016年1月收治的90例激素依赖性类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组各45例。对照组采用六味地黄丸治疗,观察组采用雷公藤制剂合六味地黄丸治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:两组患者各项临床指标治疗后均得到明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为91.11%,明显高于对照组的71.11%(P<0.05)。结论:雷公藤制剂联合六味地黄丸治疗激素依赖性类风湿性关节炎可有效缓解患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To analyze the effect of Liuwei Dihuang pill and Mongolian gerbils on hormone dependent rheumatoid arthritis. Methods：90 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in the control group were treated with Liwei Dihuang pill,45 patients in the observation group were treated with Liuwei Dihuang pill and Mongolian gerbils. After treatment,clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results：The clinical indicators of two groups were significantly improved after treatment（P0.05）,and effect of observation group was significantly better than those of the control group（P0.05）. The effective rate of observation group was 91.11%,which was significantly higher than that of control group（71.11%,P 0.05）. Conclusion：The therapy of Liuwei Dihuang pill and Mongolian gerbils can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of hormone dependent rheumatoid arthritis,improve the therapeutic effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
