摘要
温州鹿城区由于地形地势、台风与暴雨等天然因素影响,多年来一直导致城区内涝成灾,给经济发展造成了巨大的损失。通过全面分析造成鹿城区洪涝灾害的各种影响因素,根据"五水共治"的战略路线,探究鹿城区的防洪排涝的发展趋势,提出了解决鹿城区防洪排涝问题的5点对策与建议。
Due to the topographic conditions and natural weathers such as typhoon and heavy rainstorm, flood and water- logging are serious in Lucheng District of Wenzhou City, which always lead to great economic losses. Thus, the key fac- tors that causes the serious flood and watedogging problems in Lucheng District are analyzed. Considering the develop- ment of the problems, and following the ＂co - management of five rivers＂ strategy, corresponding treatment measures are prooosed.
