摘要
宋湘是清代乾嘉道时期文坛和书坛上的名将,是岭南地区极具影响力的文坛领袖。他为官清廉,关心民生,晚年出守云南,为当地的经济和文化发展作出了重要贡献。仕滇期间,宋湘走访云南各地,著有诗集《滇蹄集》,记录了他在云南的见闻和感受,反映出云南的风土人情,具有较高的文献价值。《滇蹄集》也揭示了边陲民生之艰难和朝廷吏治之积弊,反映出宋湘作为儒士的担当,可见其心忧天下并为之努力的儒士典范人格。
Song Xiang, a known writer and calligrapher in the late 18th and early 19th centuries and a leading figure among the literary circles in south China, was also an incorrupt and upright official who cared about the ordinary people and had made great contribution to the development of the local economy. During his official term in Yunnan, he traveled widely while writing poems. Dian Ti Ji （My Travel in Yunnan） is a collection of his poems that reflect local culture and custom. As a book of high value, this collection describes also hardships of the ordinary people and corruption of the local government. This shows the commit- ment of the author as a Confucius follower and his conduct was a good example of typical scholar who cared about the whole world.
