摘要
提出了一种由低失真射频放大器及STC89C51单片机控制的数字程控衰减器组成的射频程控增益放大器方案。系统基于单片机对程控衰减器HMC307衰减倍数的控制以达到增益可控的目的,通过OPA847射频放大器以及THS3202功率放大器模块使系统达到较大的放大倍数和提高系统的输出性能。系统测试结果表明,系统能实现增益4dB步进可调,通频带在40~180MHz之间,并且具有失真小、人机交互友好等优点。
This paper proposes a scheme of programmable gain RF amplifier,which is composed of a low distortion RF amplifier and a digital programmable attenuator controlled by STC89C51 microcontroller.Based on the control of attenuation ratio on the programmable attenuator of HMC307 by a microcontroller to achieve the purpose of gain-control system,through the RF amplifier OPA847 and the power amplifier module THS3201 to achieve larger magnification and improve the output performance of the system.
