摘要
山西省科技重大专项以实现山西省经济转型、跨越发展为目标,围绕煤层气产业、煤电产业、煤焦化产业、煤化工产业、煤机产业、煤基新材料产业、富碳农业产业7个产业开展研究。探讨了科技重大专项管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。
Major scientific and technological projects in Shanxi Province aims to realize the economic transformation and leap forward development,conducts research around coal bed gas industry,coal electricity industry,coal coking industry,coal chemical industry,coal machine industry,coal based new material industry,rich carbon agriculture industry.This paper probes into the problems existing in the management of major scientific and technological projects,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
