摘要
随着医学影像学诊断技术的快速发展,CT增强扫描是儿科腹部肿瘤诊断的检查方法之一。如何保证对比剂顺利注射及杜绝渗漏发生已成为医学界研究的热点,笔者从静脉通道选用、不同注射方法及其渗漏预防等方面的进展进行综述。
With the rapid development of diagnostic techniques of medical imaging,CT contrast enhanced scan is one of the methods for the diagnosis of pediatric abdominal tumors. The safety of injection contrast agent has become a hot topic in medical field. In this article,the author reviews the advances of injection contrast agent from such aspects as the selection of intravenous passage,different injection methods and leakage prevention.
