摘要
分析了涂装前处理电泳工艺中产生细菌的各种原因,并通过实验采用碳酸钠溶液代替氨水作为钝化液酸度调整剂、检测新鲜纯水系统细菌状况并用BS33306杀菌剂定期杀菌、在前处理钝化槽、前处理纯水1和2槽中加入2 g/L的碱性杀菌剂杀菌清洗、控制钝化槽液中的F-含量在5~40 mg/L等措施对细菌进行控制,解决了钝化槽及其后面的纯水槽受到细菌污染的问题,降低了涂装倒槽频次和用水量,提高了产品质量。
This article analyzed the causes of bacteria in paint pretreatment process and took the following actions to control the bacteria, such as replacing ammonia solution with Na2CO3 solution and using it as a p H regulator of passivated solution, checking bacterial condition of fresh pure water system and killing the bacteria with BS33306 antiseptic, adding 2 g/L alkali antiseptic into passivation tank and pure water tanks 1 and 2 of the pretreatment for bacterial killing and cleaning, controlling the Fconcentration between 5-40 mg/L in the passivation tank, etc.. The said measures solved the bacterial issue in passivation and subsequent pure water tanks, reduced transfer frequency and water consumption during painting and improved product quality.
