In order to further explain the background, purpose, significance and key terms of the ＆quot;regulation for prevention and control of healthcare-associated infection of airborne transmission diseases in healthcare facilities＆quot;, strengthen the understanding of the regulations of execution and supervision institutions and ensure the smooth implementation of the regulations, the paper interprets the regulations by defining the key points and difficulties during its drafting and the queries that were raised during publicizing process, it elaborates the background, purpose and significance of drafting the regulations and illustrates 10 key terms in the major contents so as to highlight the key points and answer questions.
