摘要
随着G20的成功举办和亚运会的即将到来，杭州的房价问题受到社会各界的广泛关注。该文以杭州13个行政区的相关数据作为研究对象，通过选取三个有代表性的指标，利用SPSS软件对其进行聚类，最后对聚类分析结果进行分析并提出了有意义的对策和建议。
With the success of G20 and the arrival of the Asian Games, the housing price of Hangzhou has attracted widespread attention from all sectors of society. The paper takes the relevant data for 13 districts of Hangzhou as the research objects, selects three representative indexes and cluster the data Based on SPSS. Afterwards the results are analyzed, and some meaningful strate- gies and suggestions are put forward.
