摘要
通过文献研究方法 ,从时令与药性方面分析历代医家对"发表不远热,攻里不远寒"的不同注释,并对教材中解表剂和泄下剂的51味药物进行性味的统计分析,认为"发表不远热""攻里不远寒"分别适用于表寒、里热之证,其根本在于疾病的寒热性质。真寒,则不远热;真热,则不远寒。临床见证,要详辨寒热真假,同时应以病性为主,结合三因制宜,确立治疗法则。
Through the literature research methods,the ancient doctors＇ different notations of ＂releasing the exterior indispensable to herbs heat in nature,purging the interior indispensable to herbs cold in nature＂ were analyzed in terms of seasons and medicinal natures. Total 51 herbs in prescriptions of releasing the exterior and purging the interior of the textbook were analyzed statistically. It was believed that releasing the exterior indispensable to herbs heat in nature was used in exterior cold syndrome,purging the interior indispensable to herbs cold in nature used in interior heat syndrome. The basis lied in the cold and heat natures of diseases. True cold syndrome was indispensable to herbs heat in nature,true heat syndrome was indispensable to herbs cold in nature. Cold ,heat,true or false should be differentiated ,mainly of disease nature,combined with ＂three factors＂ so as to develop appropriate treatment principles.
