摘要
本文报导了以氯化聚丙烯与不同比例的二苯基硅双(甲基丙烯酸)酯(简称二苯基硅双酯)在自由基引发剂作用下,经自由基接枝共聚反应合成有机硅接枝胶粘剂的方法及其粘接性能。实验结果表明,这种胶粘剂不仅对聚丙烯材料、及聚丙烯与金属钢、铝有良好的粘接性能。而且对钢铝材料间也有好的粘接效果。其粘接剪切强度分别为:聚丙烯-聚丙烯38.4kg/cm^2、聚丙烯-钢58.7kg/cm^2、聚丙烯-铝57.7kg/cm^2、钢-钢145.1kg/cm^2、铝-铝121.5kg/cm^2、钢-铝127.6kg/cm^2。
Chlorinated polypropylene is grafted with diphenylsilane bis (methacrylates) in PhMe. solvents, in the presence of radical initiators to give adhesive polyolefins, The grafted copolymer exihit good adhesion to polyolefins. Thus, 100g chlorinated polypropylene, 2g diphenylsilane bis(methacrylates) and radical initiators were mixed in PhMe, then heated to reflex for 3h. The resulting graft copolymer hot-pressed to give a test sheet with good shear strength 38.4kg/cm^2(PP-PP), 57.7kg/cm^2 (PP-Al), 58.7kg/cm^2 (PP-Fe), 145.1kg/cm^2(Fe-Fe), 121.5kg/cm^2(Al-Al), 127.6kg/cm^2(Fe-Al).
