摘要
设计了Kevlar-29纤维基定点定力破断绳索方案,采用3股扭绳法编织了两根粗细不同的芳纶绳,能够在星船发射时保持功能部件位置不发生偏移,待功能部件启用时,在预设拉力的作用下在预定位置发生破断。该绳索经过常温常压拉伸强力测试以及热循环、抗辐照等空间环境适应性性能试验,结果表明破断点均位于细段勾结处,破断力值稳定在80~120 N范围内。
This paper presents the design of Kevlar-29 fiberbasedfixedpoint and force breaking rope, using three twisted rope method to weave two different thickness Kevlar braided rope, which can maintain the location of the components when the star ship is launched. When the functional components are used, it can be broken at a predetermined position under the action of the preset tension. Through the normal temperature and pressure tensile strength testing and thermal cycling, anti-radiation and other space environment adaptive performance test, the results show that the break points are located at the junction of the fine section, the breaking strength is stable in the range of 80--120 N.
