摘要 建德抽水蓄能电站由于长探洞PD1离调整后的中部厂房方案距离较远,为探明中部厂房工程地质条件以满足相关规程规范及设计要求,需要在探洞深1 250 m掌子面布置一个350 m左右的超深水平钻孔。为了确保钻孔顺利完成,项目部制定了水平孔施工技术方案,并成立QC小组,使钻孔施工过程始终处于受控状态,最终钻孔达到了381.58 m,全孔岩芯采取率达到95%以上,实现了钻孔目的。 A 350 m extra deep and horizontal hole is required to be bored in the exploration adit front at chainage of 1 250 m to clearly investigate the engineering geological conditions of the powerhouse in the middle as the long exploration adit PD1 is far away from the modi- fied location of the powerhouse in Jiande Pumped Storage Power Plant. The Project Management proposed the technical scheme for the construction of the horizontal boring, established Qc team to assure the successful boring completion and have the boring construction controlled in the whole process. Finally, the boring reached 381.58 m deep. The core sampling rate of the whole depth is over 95%. The boring purpose is realized.
