摘要
目的:观察桂附地黄丸治疗药物性高催乳素血症的临床效果。方法:纳入我院2015年1月~2016年10月期间收治的116例药物性高催乳素血症患者为研究资料,均为女性。随机原则分组,各58例,对照组给予溴隐亭治疗,观察组在溴隐亭基础上加用桂附地黄丸。分析治疗疗效、血清相关激素水平、PANSS得分以及不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为89.66%,高于对照组77.59%,但组间差异无统计学意义。治疗后,观察组血清PRL水平和PANSS得分分别为(37.15±3.56ng/ml、50.27±4.53分),均明显低于对照组(45.68±3.92ng/ml、58.64±5.16分)。治疗后,观察组血清E2和P水平分别为(179.4±9.1pmol/L、49.72±4.92nmol/L),均明显优于对照组(142.6±8.5pmol/L、40.59±4.83nmol/L)。(4)观察组13.79%患者发生不良反应,低于对照组22.41%,但组间差异无统计学意义。结论:桂附地黄丸可提高药物性高催乳素血症女性患者的治疗效果,调节血清相关激素水平,且不会增加副作用。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of Guifudihuang Pill in treatment of drug-induced hyperprolactinemia. Methods： 116 patients with drug-induced hyperprolactinemia who were female from January 2015 - October 2016 were grouped two groups and each with 58 cases. The control group was treated with bromocriptine, and observation group was treated with Guifadilmang Pill combing with bromocriptine. Clinical effects,serum associated hormones level,PANSS score and adverse reaction were analyzed between two groups. Results： Effective rate of observation group was 89.66%, higher than that of control group with 77.59%, but there was no significant difference（ p 〉 0.05 ）. Serum PRL level and PANSS score in the observation group were （37.15 ± 3.56ng/ml,50.27 ± 4.53 point） ,lower than those in the control group（45.68 ± 3.92ng/ml,58.64 ± 5.16 point） （ all p 〈 0.05 ）. （3） Serum E2 and P in the observation group were （ 179.4 ±9. 1pmol/L,49.72 ± 4. 92nmol/L）, better than those in the control group（ 142.6 ±8.5pmol/L,40.59±4.83nmol/L） （ all p 〈 0.05 ）. （4）Adverse reaction ratio in the observation group was 13.79% ,lower than that in the control group 22.41% ,but there was no significant difference（ p 〉 0.05）. Conclusion：Guifndihuang Pill can improve effect on hyperprolactinemia induced by drug-, adjust serum related hormones levels and have no side effect.
