摘要
大肠癌和肺癌、乳腺癌是三大常见肿瘤,且近几年在中国的发病率呈逐渐上升趋势。目前西医治疗主要以手术、放化疗为主,但术后易复发,预后不良,导致病人生活质量下降。而中药在大肠癌治疗的各个阶段,如调节身体机能,改善放、化疗以及术后对身体的不良影响等方面,均有较为显著的效果。本文通过对益气健脾药在大肠癌治疗中的优势特色及各发展阶段的综合应用加以总结和论述,以期为后面相关学者的研究提供参考。
Colorectal cancer,lung cancer and breast cancer is the three common tumors. And In recent years in China,the incidence rate was gradually rising. At present,Western medicine treatment mainly to surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,but easy to relapse after surgery. And the poor prognosis,resulting in decreased quality of life of patients. The traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer at all stages,such as regulating the body function,improve the release,chemotherapy and postoperative adverse effects on the body,etc.,have a more significant effect. In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the herb for benefiting Qi and Strengthening Spleen in the treatment of colorectal cancer and the comprehensive application of the development stage are summarized and discussed in order to provide a reference for the research of related scholars.
