摘要
"自拟滋心汤"由生地、麦冬、黄连、制首乌、当归、川芎、党参、龙眼肉、桂枝、木香、酸枣仁、远志、茯神、夜交藤组成,滋阴降火,补气养血,调和营卫,交通心肾,养心安神,用于多种阴虚火旺病症,异病同治,可获满意疗效。附失眠(阴虚火旺)、心悸(阴虚火旺,房颤、房早)、盗汗(阴虚火旺,植物神经功能紊乱)、舌体麻木(阴血亏虚,肝脾不和)验案4则。
Self-made Zixin decoction is consist of dried rehmannia root, radix ophiopogonis, coptis chinensis, prepared fleece flower root, angelica sinensis, ligusticum wallichii, codonopsis pilosula, longan aril, cassia twig, costustoot, seed of wild jujube, polygala tenuifolia, poria with hostwood and tuber fleeceflower stem. It＇s functional for nourishing Yin to lessen fire, benefiting Qi and nourishing blood, harmonizing Ying and wei, coordinating heart-kidney, tranquilizing mind by nourishing the heart. It＇s mainly used on multifarious diseases of fire excess from yin deficiency and can reach the satisfied efficacy by homotherapy for heteropathy. Four medical cases of insomnia（fire excess from yin deficiency）, palpitation（fire excess from yin deficiency, atrial fibrillation, atrial premature beat）, night sweat（fire excess from yin deficiency, vegetative nerve functional disturbance） and tongue body numb（insufficiency of the yin-blood, incoordination between the liver and the spleen） were presented.
