Rex手术治疗小儿肝外门静脉高压的应用进展 被引量:10

Recent advances of Rex shunt for extra-hepatic portal venous obstruction

摘要 肝外门静脉梗阻(Extra-hepatic portal venous obstruction, EHPVO)是引起小儿门静脉高压的常见原因之二。研究发现,大约66%~76.5%的小儿门静脉高压是由EHPVO引起的,其中以门静脉海绵样变多见。Rex手术已经成为当前治疗小儿肝外门静脉高压的重要手术方式之一,由于其重建入肝血流,恢复门静脉解剖结构和生理功能的作用,是小儿肝外门静脉高压的根治性手术方法。 As the most common cause of portal hypertension, extra-hepatic portal venous obstruction (EHPVO) accounts for 66%-76. 5% of all children with portal hypertension. Rex shunt has been employed successfully for treating patients with extra-hepatic portal hypertension. It is effective in relieving symptoms of extra-hepatic portal hypertension by restoring a normal hepatic portal venous flow.
