摘要
通过调研,将组织任务、法制监管、作业环境、安全管理及安全技能作为影响矿工不安全行为的内部环境变量,探究内部环境与煤矿员工不安全行为的内在关联。并采用PA-LV模型检验各变量的指标权重,构建有关矿井环境因子与员工不安全行为的结构方程模型。结果表明,煤矿企业内部环境易引起矿工的操作差错,直接导致矿工的不安全行为。其中,作业环境和矿工安全技能对不安全行为影响最为显著。
The task organization,legal supervision,working environment,safety management and safety skills are regarded as internal environment variables influencing the miners unsafe behavior through the investigation,to explore the intrinsic connection between the internal environment and coal miners safety behavior. The model is used to test the weight of each variable to construct structural equation model of mine environmental factors and coal miners unsafe behavior. The results show that the coal mine enterprise internal environment is easy to cause miners operating error,which will directly lead to the miners unsafe behaviors. Among them,the working environment and miners safety skills significantly impact the unsafe behavior.
