摘要
论述了铝型材挤压模具 CAD/ CAM系统的特点 ,介绍了 CAD/ CAM系统的发展与应用现状 ;提出了 CAD/ CAM 一体化系统导示图。在分析了铝型材挤压时的应力 -应变场、温度场和温度 -速度变化规律的基础上 。
The characters of CAD/CAM system of Aluminium profile extrusion dies were discussed.The development and application of CAD/CAM systen were introduced.The guide scheme of CAD/CAM system was given in the paper.On the base of analysis of stress strain field,temperature field and temperature speed changing patterns during Aluminium profile extrusion,a foundational concept of establishing mathematical models during the extrusion was proposed.
