摘要
通过动床模型试验,研究了黄河下游典型河段不同量级漫滩洪水在不同边界条件下的冲淤特性,对河道最优量级洪水泥沙调控技术进行了研究,探寻了黄河下游漫滩洪水泥沙过程控制及分区滞洪沉沙的可行性方案。结果表明:对于规划边界条件下最大洪峰流量为8 000 m3/s的洪水过程主槽冲刷量效果最好,且洪水可控性好,滩区淹没面积较小。若黄河下游遭遇大漫滩洪水,小浪底水库可控制下泄洪峰流量为8 000 m3/s。在夹河滩-高村河段,对应滩区运用方式,可开启东明滩、长垣二滩的滞洪沉沙,淤滩刷槽。
The Movable-Bed Model was used to study the characteristics of scouring and deposition of the Lower Yellow River overflow at the condition of different boundary and different flow. Also the feasibility program which to control the overflow and let it to the floodplain was explored. The results show that,in plan boundary conditions,the flood process that the maximum peak flow is 8 000 m^3/s is the best one. In that condition the scouring volume is Largest,flood controllability is best and the Inundation area is small. If there are big overflow the the flood process that the maximum peak flow is 8 000 m^3/s is a good choice in the Lower Yellow River. In the reach of Jiahetan to Gaocun the Dongming floodplain and Changyuaner floodplain can be used to flood detention.
