摘要
在地铁盾构区间施工过程中,由于各种原因,盾构机常有发生偏离设计轴线超过规范允许值的情况,此时若不采取必要措施,将会对建筑限界、铺轨及设备安装等后续工作造成严重影响。在深圳地铁9号线某区间盾构施工中曾发生过盾构机低于设计轴线约1m的情况,本文通过具体实例对轴线偏离的过程、原因以及采取的措施等进行详细论述,供类似情况借鉴参考。
In the metro shield construction,it often occurs that the shield machine deviates the designed line and exceeds the specification. In this case,if necessary measures are not taken,it will bring serious effects to the succeeding work such as boundary line of tunnel,rail laying and equipment installation. In the metro shield construction of Shenzhen No.9 metro line,it once occurred that the shield machine lowed below the designed axis up to 1.0 meter. By means of concrete case,this passage discusses the procedure,cause of the deviation, and the measures taken detailedly,and hope that this case can provide lessons for the similar engineering.
