大直径硬质合金/钢复合螺柱的螺柱焊工艺研究

摘要 对直径22 mm硬质合金YG6C与16Mn钢复合螺柱在16Mn低合金高强钢板上的螺柱焊工艺进行了研究。通过接头焊脚外观成形检测、光学显微观察、硬度测量等方法,研究了焊接电流和焊接时间对接头焊脚成形和组织的影响。试验结果表明,焊接电流和焊接时间对接头焊脚成形及组织有显著影响;当焊接电流为1 995 A,焊接时间为0.9 s时,接头焊脚成形美观,且沿螺柱根部周向分布较为均匀、连续饱满,对复合螺柱的外部加强作用充分,焊缝截面中无气孔等缺陷。 In this paper, the stud welding process of the compound stud with diameter of 22 mm with hard alloy YG6C and 16 Mn steel on 16 Mn steel was studied. The effects of welding current and welding time on the joint appearance forming and the microstructure as well as the performance of the welded joint were studied by means of the detection of the joint appearance forming, optical microscopic, hardness testing. It was obviously that the welding current and the welding time had significant effect on the welded joint appearance forming and the microstructure.With the suitable welding parameters, which meaned the welding current was 1 995 A, and the welding time was 0.9 s,the joint appearance forming was perfect, the toe of weld distributed along the root of the composite stud more uniform and continuous, the reinforcement of the toe of weld was sufficient. There were no holes and other defects in the cross section of weld.
